Natural Stone Paved Courtyard and Garden, Richmond, Melbourne

This stunning ultra modern courtyard in the heart of Richmond was completed in December 2008.

Working from the client's brief, we designed the space to include citrus varieties for a backdrop and built a new rendered raised planter with volcanic bluestone paved capping filled with Magnolia Little Gem. Agaves edged with Liriopes completed the scene. We also decided to lighten the existing wall rendering to emphasise the new features. The colours were chosen to complement the Iron Bark 40 mm timber screening.

With a clever use of plants and carefully chosen natural stone paving, Kings Landscaping Design & Construction  has turned this Richmond courtyard into the perfect outdoor entertainment area.
