Consultaion

Firstly Kings Landscaping Design & Construction will understand what you want to achieve, your thoughts, how you are going to use your garden so we can decide the best result. When we come to look at your garden the consultation will take 30 – 90 minutes. Different Design alternatives and creations will be discussed, along with the opportunity to view other creations by  Kings Landscaping Design & Construction. Following the consultation a design proposal is developed.

Design Process

CONCEPT PLAN

This stage includes an overall plan of the garden, 3D drawings if appropriate, images of the key design elements, samples of materials and recommended plant species. It provides clients a visual image of their new garden. A budget is provided for construction.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Following approval of the Concept Plan and construction budget, detailed plans are developed for the structural elements, planting, lighting, drainage etc. Council applications are managed at this stage. At completion, a final construction quote is presented.

A detailed landscape construction quote and contract is prepared and approved by you prior to construction commencing.
