We were originally contacted by the owners to look at resurfacing their existing courtyard. On first inspection of the site, there were a few mitigating factors with the heritage overlays that were attached to the property and underground water storage that determined levels.

Once a design was set (design by Watts Studio), King’s set about implementing it. Porphyry cobblestone was selected as the finish to create a European courtyard feel for the owners. The timeless material we believe is what is the overall success of the project.
